Why limit Doing?

Too much active work splits attention and makes unfinished work pile up. A visible limit forces a useful choice: finish or move something before starting more.

Three is this Learning Lab’s teaching limit, not a universal Kanban rule. Real teams choose limits that fit their work.

How to use the board

Desktop: drag a card between columns, or above/below another card to reorder it. For keyboard movement between stages, focus a card and use Shift + → to move forward or Shift + ← to move back.

Mobile: use the ↑ / ↓ controls on each card. Their accessible labels name the destination. The pencil edits a task and × deletes it.

Reset the board?

This will replace your current tasks with the original Learning Lab examples. It cannot be undone.

Keyboard movement: with a card focused, Shift plus Right Arrow moves it to the next stage; Shift plus Left Arrow moves it to the previous stage.
